Toronto, ON – March 1, 2012 – Energizer Resources Inc. (TSX: EGZ) (OTCBB: ENZR) (FWB: YE5) (“Energizer” or the “Company”) announces that it will be exhibiting and presenting at the 2012 Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) International Trade Show & Investors Exchange.

The Company wishes to invite all current and potential investors to visit Booth 2348 and discuss first-hand with management the latest exploration developments on its Green Giant Graphite and Vanadium Project in Southern Madagascar.

In addition, Craig Scherba, P. Geol., Energizer’s Senior Vice President of Exploration and Operations in Madagascar will be presenting the latest developments of the Company’s graphite discovery on Tuesday March 6 at 10:00AM EST in Room 801B of the South Building of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.

Mr. Scherba will be discussing details of Energizer’s latest press releases, which have quantified the existence of an emerging graphite camp on its Green Giant and Malagasy Minerals joint venture properties.
